RumpelMeme is an independent meme explainer and browser-based maker. It brings source notes, song information and a simple photo editor together, so visitors can understand a reference and try their own caption.
A first version, with clear asset labels
The editor offers twelve scene compositions, original captions and a continuous AI-animated character performance created from source references. Some scene backgrounds are generated; others use credited photography. The animation is a new generated performance. Export does not require an account or payment.
What comes next
The immediate priority is a reliable creation and export flow. A movie-footage option depends on obtaining and verifying a usable master asset. No release date is promised for that option.
