Sexual content and child safety
Do not upload or create pornography, sexual nudity, fetish content or other NSFW material. Child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexualized minors, and attempts to depict or suggest such content are prohibited. Cloud portrait generation accepts consenting adults only.
Violence, hate and self-harm
Do not create graphic violence, gore, threats, encouragement of self-harm, or content that attacks or dehumanizes people because of protected characteristics. Do not use the tool to harass or intimidate.
Impersonation and likeness
Do not create deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual likeness videos, false endorsements or misleading portrayals of public figures. Use your own photo or obtain the depicted adult’s permission. Humorous AI content must not be presented as authentic evidence of a real person’s actions.
Copyright and trademarks
Only provide material you are entitled to use. Do not distribute copyrighted footage, music, characters or protected brand assets without an appropriate basis. The tool, a source link, or a QR-free purchase does not grant rights owned by third parties.
How review works
Automatic portrait videos use the generation provider’s enabled content filter and file integrity checks. There is no routine customer approval step or claim of frame-by-frame human review. Failed or uncertain jobs are held for production support; reports may lead to further review or withdrawal. Automated checks cannot establish adulthood, copyright permission, identity or consent. There is no public user gallery.
Reports and appeals
Email the support address below without creating an account. Include the work/order ID or public page link, the issue and any relevant permission evidence. Do not attach suspected illegal imagery. We review the report and may request limited additional information. If you believe a moderation decision is mistaken, reply with the work ID and grounds for an appeal; a report or appeal does not automatically trigger another paid generation.
Enforcement
We can stop a job, withhold delivery, withdraw private download access and remove stored media. Rejected jobs do not silently spend on another generation. A restored work entitlement is separate from a cash refund. We retain restricted review records and update scene checks when new reports or risks require it.
