Generation failed, or no video arrived?

A confirmed failed job restores its video entitlement. We do not automatically charge for another attempt. On a failed work, choose Request payment refund for a support review. If the order is still processing or has no work page, email us with the order number so we can check delivery. Restored entitlement and a cash refund are different.

The face or action does not look right?

Email the order number and the exact moment that looks wrong. We review likeness problems, missing selected characters and unplayable files against the product description. If a delivery defect cannot be remedied, you can request a refund. An extra generation or refund is not automatic for minor subjective differences.

Unused order, duplicate charge or refund request?

Contact us within seven days for an unused purchase or accidental duplicate. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider determines when they arrive. Submitting a request does not mean money has already been returned. Mandatory consumer rights remain available.

What happens if generation fails?

A confirmed failed job restores its video entitlement. Request a payment-refund review on the failed work page, or email support with your order number if no work page is available. Pending jobs are checked before a refund decision. We do not automatically charge for another attempt.

Can I download again or make another version?

Download the same saved work for 30 days without paying again. A new story generation or a different finished remix is a new work.
